The First Tablet for Blind People
Tablets have changed lives of millions of users but blind people can't make the most of them.
Two Austrian engineers have designed a new kind of tablet. With a system of inflatable bubbles, its screen can translate any digital text into braille, allowing 150 million of visually impaired people to read, to be informed and to communicate more easily.
For #ImpactJournalism Day, supported by AXA, this project was selected to gain visibility in newspapers around the world.
